We support the development of social enterprises through partnering
with local and national community-based organisations and /or other
alliances. We are now looking to recruit a part time Project
Development Manager on a one-year contract to support our social
enterprise development projects in Co. Kilkenny. The part time posts
may include travel outside the county and will focus on the
development of employment pathways for the target group requiring
supports with job skills. This project will include design and
development of sustainable pathways to inclusive social enterprise and
will focus on supporting those most distant from the labour market
towards job readiness. This target group are Adults with a disability
/ or autism.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Extensive post qualification experience of working with adults with
an intellectual disability/ Autism spectrum within an employment / Job
training setting
* Social enterprise research experience or qualification
* Management and community development experience
